Self explanatory. I helped out my friends by designing some posters to promote the soft opening of this amazing cat cafe in Seattle.

UBCMUN I

Branding, Print, Posters

As Director of Design for the UBCMUN 2016 conference, I was able to conduct the rebranding of the conference. It gave me opportunities to experiment with different layouts and typography.

UBCMUN II

Web Design, UX - wireframing, user research, prototyping

As the final project of a part-time UX design course and the precursor to becoming the Director of Design for the UBCMUN 2016 conference, I decided to dive deeper into the concepts I learned in class and apply them in a real world project.

Wall Desk Floor

MEAN stack

Another fun project for a class. It was mainly to test out my skills to build a web app with the MEAN stack. I like to read, my teammate likes to read, so we decided it was a great opportunity to build a bookstore for used books.

spotibeer

Express, NodeJS

Does drinking Rainier remind you of a particular genre of music? I built this full-stack web app hoping to pair a genre of music to a style of beer. It’s not fully functional, but it was very fun to work with and I hope to revisit it one day with React.

Parse

Ruby on Rails

An app that translates a text into whatever language you please. Bonus: You can keep track of how many words you learned and find out what percentage of the text you already understand.
